Privacy Policy
Last modified: April 26, 2026
At NaiadAI, LLC ("NaiadAI," "we," "our," or "us"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information that we collect when you use our website and products (collectively, "Services"). By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
Short Version
- We do not sell your information. We don't help companies advertise their products to you.
- We use a number of trusted third parties to help provide our products.
- We use cookies to provide, protect, and promote our own products.
- You can exercise your rights under privacy laws.
What is NaiadAI's business model?
We make money through pay-as-you-go usage credits for our AI coding agent platform. We do not sell your information.
What information do we collect, and for what purpose
When you interact with our Services, we collect information that could be used to identify you ("Personal Information"). Examples include a username and password, an email address, a name, and an IP address.
Some of the information we collect is stored in a manner that cannot be linked back to you ("Non-Personal Information"). Non-Personal Information includes aggregated, non-personally identifying information that does not identify a user or cannot otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with them.
Information you provide us directly
When you register for a NaiadAI account, participate in forums, submit a feedback survey, or correspond with us, we may collect information (username, password, email), profile information (display name, avatar URL), content you post, and any payment information. We do not process or store your payment information directly — our third-party payment processor does.
Additionally, when you use our AI coding agent services, we collect: repository metadata (repo names, file paths) submitted via connected GitHub Apps; prompts and instructions submitted to coding agents; code diffs and session content.
Agent session data
When you use Naiad's coding agent services, we collect and store:
- Prompts and instructions you provide to agents
- Agent session logs including tool calls, code reads, and generated code
- Git checkpoint data (SHAs, patches) for session recovery
- Token usage metrics per inference call
This data is stored in our databases and object storage (Cloudflare R2) to provide the Services. Session data is associated with your account. You may request deletion of session data or your account by contacting support@naiadai.com, subject to our legal and operational retention requirements.
Local CLI storage
When you use the Naiad CLI, authentication tokens and session data may be stored locally on your device (in ~/.naiad/). This data remains on your machine and is not transmitted to Naiad servers except as needed to authenticate and sync sessions.
Information we receive from third parties
We may receive information about you from third-party services if you log in or otherwise interact with our Website or Services through a code host, for example by connecting your GitHub account. The data we receive depends on your privacy settings with the third party but can include your name, email, third-party user ID, and repository information. Review and adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the Service.
How does NaiadAI use my information provided directly by me and third parties?
We use information provided directly by you and third parties to operate, maintain, improve, and provide to you the features of the Services. We use repository metadata and prompt content solely to execute the agent tasks you request. Agent session logs (tool calls, code diffs, outputs) are stored to provide session persistence, observability, and searchability.
We may also use this information to communicate with you, such as to send you email messages, and to follow up with you to offer news and information about our Services. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, change or updates to features of the Services, technical and security notices).
Automatically collected information
Usage data
When you use our Services, NaiadAI automatically collects data about the Services and how they are used, including aggregated and high-level information about usage, event analytics data and metadata to better understand usage within the Services, including click patterns and length and frequency of feature utilization, tied to an internally-generated user ID number.
Cookies
When you visit our website or use our Services, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the Services.
Log data
As with most websites and technology services delivered over the internet, when you access or use our Services, our servers automatically collect data and record it in log files. This log data may include your web request, IP address, browser type and settings, date and time of use, information about browser configuration, error data, repository name, user ID, and cookie data.
Device data
When you visit or use our Services, we automatically collect information about your device, which may include the type of hardware and software you are using (for example, your operating system and browser type), IP address, and other unique identifiers for devices used to access our Website and Hosted Services.
Third-party service providers
We route LLM inference calls to third-party AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, via aggregators like OpenRouter). Your prompts and agent context are sent to these providers to generate responses. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We also use the following third-party services:
- GitHub — GitHub App installation, webhook delivery, GitHub Actions runner environment
- Stripe — Payment processing (we never store your credit card numbers)
- Google and GitHub OAuth — Authentication
- Cloudflare R2 — Object storage for session data
Data retention
Agent session data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of individual sessions or your entire account by contacting support@naiadai.com, subject to our legal and operational retention requirements.
Does NaiadAI share my information?
We may share your personal information with third parties in the instances described below.

Legal disclosure

For information stored in any Software installed in your computing system, you are responsible for its security by making use of the security features of your device. We recommend that you take the appropriate steps to secure all computing devices that you use in connection with our Services.
